Terms of Sales
The website www.myum.fr, is published by Myum.
Simplified French law company with a capital of twenty-eight thousand euros (€ 28,000), whose registered office is located at 16 rue Linné, Paris 75005 France. Identified at the RCS de Paris under the number of SIREN 798-836-730.
Myum is represented by its president Faustine Durand.
All orders made on the site are subject to these general conditions of sale (hereinafter the "C.G.V."). Myum reserves the right to adapt or modify these C.G.V. at any time, the version of the C.G.V. Applicable to any transaction being that appearing online on the site at the time of the order.

IV-Price and payment terms
1. Price determination
The price of the products sold on the site is indicated respectively by article and reference.
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding participation in shipping costs. The total price of the order (taxes not included outside the EU / shipping costs included) is indicated in step 5 of the payment.

2. Payment method
The products are payable cash on the day of the effective order.
Purchasing regulations are made either by:

The customer accesses a dedicated space made available by Crédit Agricole, which ensures the security and registration of the payment order. V - Delivery
The Customer chooses one of the delivery methods offered on the site during the placing of the order. VIII - Exchange
Exchange requests are accepted discretionaryly by Myum SAS within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the delivery of the order. Any exchange request assumes that the product to be returned is in perfect condition (especially

IX - Guarantee
