Refund policy

Refunds for products in the situations referred to in Articles II and VI will be made by MYUM SAS within fourteen days from the date on which it is informed of the consumer’s decision to withdraw, and either after the goods have been recovered or after the consumer has provided proof of shipment of the goods — whichever comes first. The refund will be made using the same method of payment chosen by the customer at the time of their order.
