Terms of service

For any assistance request, the customer may contact MYUM SAS customer service at +33 (0)1 43 29 80 67 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

In the event of a dispute and in accordance with Articles R.111-1, L.616-1, and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, the customer is entitled to refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of any dispute with MYUM SAS.
