All MyUM toys are entirely handmade using crochet techniques and traditional craftsmanship.

Faustine, the designer, creates the original design. It is then sent to the workshop so that Lin, the crochet master, can analyze the design and show the work to the artisans .

We have been working with the same team since our beginnings in 2013. A workshop led and composed exclusively of talented women .

We work exclusively with partners who have GOTS certification . Therefore, our toys are 100% organic cotton and are packaged in biodegradable corn fiber bags.

Each MyUM toy is therefore unique , the result of the work of expert craftswomen who perpetuate the traditional technique of crochet.

Yes! All our toys are suitable for babies from birth (0+). They are tested in an independent laboratory . They comply with European and American toy safety standards (CE EN71.1, EN71.2, EN71.3, EN71.9 and US ASTM F963).

This means that baby can safely put them in their mouth : our Veggy Toys are tested to ensure the absence of small detachable parts or harmful substances.

Therefore, you can confidently offer them from birth.

Yes! We make sure to work only with suppliers who have GOTS certification . This demanding label certifies not only decent working conditions but also respect for the environment.

All our toys are 100% GOTS certified organic . The outer yarn and the inner stuffing are 100% cotton.

Although recycled polyester is the current trend, it's still plastic. At MyUM, we don't believe in this greenwashing and we prefer natural materials .

As for the chemical composition of our dyes, the yarn is dyed in compliance with the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class 1 label, the most demanding certification for articles intended for babies.

In summary, we reject plastic and favour natural, durable and safe materials, respectful of the planet as well as the skin of toddlers.
